Popular Nigerian rapper and singer, Folarin Falana, well known as Falz The Bahdguy, has refreshed back to his near-death experience with members of his Bhad Guys band years ago.
Speaking in the latest episode of the Untapped Podcast, Falz said the incident happened in 2013 between Abuja and Lokoja after they did their first N1 million show in Abuja and were going to Benin for another gig.
Falz who was once a lawyer before finding his career in the music industry, said their vehicle was attacked by gunmen at about five in number and the driver was killed instantly, leaving the vehicle on a free drive until it eventually crashed into a forest.
He further explained that when they regained consciousness, they saw a hoodlum and he demanded money from them.
He said he told the hoodlum that they had no money.
According to the The Bahdguy, after several threats, he and the gunmen shooting at the road ran away after hearing police sirens.
The singer further explained how the police came to their rescue after many private cars refused to help them to the hospital.
Falz noted that he and his band members have scars of injuries sustained from the incident on their bodies.
