The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA has confirmed has announced 17 more cases of coronavirus in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
FCTA, while making the announcement in a tweet via its Twitter account on Tuesday also stated that 4 additional patients have been discharged after showing full recovery from the viral infection.
The tweet reads “17 NEW CASES, 4 NEW DISCHARGED IN THE FCT.
“Summary of COVID19FCT as at June 15th, 2020.
“Total number of confirmed cases: 1264.
“Total number of active cases: 885.
“Total number of patients discharged 353, with 26 deaths recorded.
“Residents are urged to take preventive measures seriously.”
