The National Industrial Court (NIC), Abuja, has fixed Monday, 3rd June 2024 to deliver judgment on the leadership crisis rocking the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN).
Our correspondent learnt that the association is the umbrella body for all senior civil servants in the country.
The association has been enmeshed in a leadership crisis in the last few years.
Our correspondent gathered on Friday that the court has fixed Monday to deliver judgment over the leadership crisis in the association.
A member of the association, Comrade Andrew Emelieze, confirmed the development to our correspondent on Friday.
Emelieze urged members of the association to remain calm and be ready to accept the judgment from the National Industrial Court.
He applauded members of the association for their courage.
He said, “We urge our members to remain calm and be ready to accept the judgment from the National Industrial Court and thereafter start the process of reconciliation and the rebuilding of the union in order to promote the well-being of our members.
“We salute all lovers of justice. However, the truth has remained constant”.
