Dunamis testifier, Anyim Vera arrested

Anyim Vera, a Dunamis International Gospel Center, DIGC member has been arrested by the Nigerian Police Force.

Vera, who went viral after being accused of lying during testimony, was reportedly detained by the Nigeria Police Force on Tuesday over a breach of etiquette.

Recently, Dr Paul Enenche, the Senior Pastor of the church, obstructed Vera’s testimony at the Church Headquarters.

AFRIPOST understands that Enenche was wondering how a supposed law graduate, as she testified would speak incorrect English.

He further asked some questions for clarification and Vera responded, saying she did a BSc in law at the National Open University of Nigeria, prompting the clergy to send her back to her seat, saying the testimony was a lie.

After some reactions after the video went viral, Enenche apologized to the testifier, saying he never intended to disgrace her, when he interjected while she was testifying.

Shortly after the incident, Vera solicited financial help from Nigerians to get better accommodation.

She claimed her current residence was no longer safe and conducive for her status.
