You are a trustworthy leader – Makinde’s aide eulogies Oyo deputy governor, Lawal

The Special Assistant on Islamic Affairs to governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state, Imam Abdrasheed Abdul-Azeez has described the deputy governor of the state, Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal as a trustworthy leader.

Abdul-Azeez made this declaration via a statement made available to journalists on Sunday.

Our correspondent gathered that the deputy governor is a year older on Sunday (yesterday).

Imam Abdrasheed while felicitating with the deputy governor, described him as a trustworthy ally of his principal.

He said that the deputy governor has proved to be someone who can be trusted.

He also described him as a good ambassador of Islam.

“Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal is a year older on Sunday. I wish to join thousands of his admirers, associates, colleagues and friends to say happy birthday to him.

“Baba has proven to us to be a trustworthy leader. He has exhibited all these in so many forms.

“He is someone who can be trusted while you go to sleep. We have seen deputy governors working against their principals, his own case is different.

“I wish to add that the deputy governor is a good ambassador of Oke Ogun.

“On behalf of myself and my family, I wish him more fruitful years on earth in sound health and more wealth”.
