Tinubu swears in Oladunjoye as NPC commissioner

President Bola Tinubu, has swore in Olayinka Oladunjoye as a federal commissioner of the National Population Commission, NPC.

The swearing-in ceremony on Monday, preceded the commencement of the Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting at the Council Chamber of the State House, Abuja.

Oladunjoye was the former commissioner of education and commerce and cooperatives in lagos state before his appointment by Tinubu.

He replaced Mrs Bimbo Salu-Hudeyin who was recently given an appointment by the Lagos state government.

Oladunjoye, after being sworn in, pledged to work with all stakeholders especially in technology to achieve a better data driven census.

Meanwhile, Tinubu, at the time of filing this report, is presiding over the week’s FEC meeting, which is also being attended by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, George Akume; the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, the National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation Dr. Folashade Yemi-Esan, and the ministers as well as some other government officials.
