Mr Fatai Adams, the Chairman of the Ondo State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is dead.
Adams died in the early hours of Wednesday.
Though details of the chairman’s death is yet to be disclosed.
His death was, however, confirmed by the party’s state Publicity Secretary, Mr Kennedy Peretei.
Peretei stated that the party would soon make official communication to the media on the matter.
“Yes it is true but we will soon communicate you properly on the incident,” Peretei said.
The State Working Committee of the PDP in Ondo State had last month, announced Adams’ suspension.
The party alleged that he was involved in some anti-party activities.
