The Supreme Court on Thursday, affirmed the election of Agbu Kefas as Taraba State governor.
The court discharged the appeal by the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP governorship candidate, Yahaya Sani.
The judgement led by Justice Lawal Garba dismissed the appeal for filing an incomplete record of appeal.
