President Bola Tinubu is currently in a closed-door meeting with service chiefs at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Tinubu who departed Transcorp Hilton, where he had been attending a book launch, around 3pm, is currently meeting the service chiefs led by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa.
The purpose of the meeting follows renewed cases of kidnapping across the nation.
Others attending the meeting include the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Taoreed Lagbaja, Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogala, Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar and the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun.
Heads of other security agencies are also at the meeting.
