Benue All Progressives Party (APC) chieftain, Arc Tony Obekpa has congratulated the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), His Excellency, Senator (Dr) George Akume on his 70th birthday.
Obekpa, in a birthday congratulatory message on Wednesday commended the ‘exemplary leadership’ of the Nation’s SGF, noting that he had placed Benue people in political relevance in Nigeria.
In particular, the Owukpa APC leader felicitated with the former Governor on behalf of the APC family in Owukpa, Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State.
The statement reads, “On behalf of the APC family in Owukpa, Ogbadibo Local Government Area, I congratulate you as you celebrate your 70th year on earth.
“We are proud of your exemplary leadership, moral ethics and high integrity which depicts quality of a good leader worthy of emulation.

“We would like to also use this occasion to thank you for your service to our great nation and the lift you give to the down trodden people of our state daily.
