The Kogi State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate, Sen. Dino Melaye has raised the alarm that the result sheets in all polling units in Ogori/Magongo local government areas of the state have already been filled and tampered with.
Calling on the populace to oppose any wrongdoing that would undermine their aspirations as Kogi people, Melaye said that there are widespread demonstrations in the units because voters are refusing to be recognized and are demanding that the area’s voters be given access to the plain result sheets.
The PDP governorship candidate made this claim In a brief viral video on social media, Saturday morning.
“The result sheets have been filled and tampered with already, and people have refused to accredit, people have refused to vote and they are insisting that the plain result sheets must be returned to agents in accordance with the electoral law,” he said.
