Otti pays visit to slain Abia party chieftain, Nmaduka’s family, vows to fish out perpetrators

The Governor of Abia State, Alex Chioma Otti, has regretted the recent beheading of a  chieftain of the labour party, Mr Zachary Nmaduka by unknown gunmen at Isiuakwato local government area of the state.

He stated this recently when he paid a condolence visit to the family of the beheaded labour party member in IUmuchioke-Ezieke, Akpukpa, Uturu, in isuikwuato local government area of the state.

AFRIPOST gathered Nmaduka was brutally murdered on September 13th, 2023, by yet-to-be identified gunmen in Umuchioke, Ezieka, Akpukpa Uturu community in  Isiuakwato local government area of Abia State.

Governor Otti, while speaking during the visit, described the deceased politician as a committed party man, noting that Nmaduka’s gruesome murder was not just that of the immediate family but to the labour party and entire state.

He assured that everyone involved in the killing of the deceased must be brought to book.

The Governor directed security agents in the state to fish out the perpetrated of the heinous and nefarious crime.

According to Governor Otti, “It is not easy to endure such a tragic death. I pray God almighty to console the immediate family the labour family and the people of the state”.
