Nollywood actress, Moyo Lawal has threatened to sue her ex-boyfriend for breach of privacy.
This follows her leaked sex tape where she was seen having sex with her ex-boyfriend.
The vide has since gone viral and has become a major topic of discussion on the social spheres.
But reacting to the video, Lawal confirmed that she did the video with her ex-boyfriend and that it was not meant for public consumption.
According to the actress, the boyfriend did not seek her consent before sending the video out, hence her privacy had been abused.
Lawal further threatened to embark on a legal action against the poster.
She posted on Instagram this:
She wrote: “A private video of mine from a while ago has been inappropriately shared without my consent, violating my trust and privacy.
“I want to emphasize that this video done with my ex was never for public consumption, its unauthorized distribution is a breach of personal boundaries.
“This criminal breach of privacy will definitely be treated with legal action.”
