President Bola Tinubu is currently in a meeting with Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the Director General of the World Trade Organisation, WTO, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Okonjo-Iweala stormed the Presidential Villa alongside former Minister of State for Health, Dr. Ali Pate on Tuesday afternoon, precisely about 2:50pm.
Though the purpose of the meeting remains unknown, Okonjo-Iweala had earlier in June met with Tinubu when they both attended the leadership summit held in Paris, France.
Okonjo-Iweala, a former Minister of Finance during the former president Good luck Jonathan’s government has recently called for support for the new Nigerian president.
She is an advocate of subsidy removal.
