An unconfirmed number of persons have been killed along Bwari road in Abuja as many vehicles were involved in an accident.
The accident involving a truck, three Abuja taxi vehicles, two Toyota Camry popularly called “Muscle”, a white Gulf car, and many other vehicles occurred by the Army Checkpoint along the SCC road.
An eyewitness told videonaija that the accident was serious and that many lives were lost while the injured have been rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
Videonaia reports that a truck was sitting right on top of an Abuja-coloured taxi while responders made effort to break in to rescue occupants.
It was observed that many vehicles around the scene were squeezed.
Consequently, there was heavy gridlock along the axis when this report was filed.
