Former Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, reality show housemate Chichi has dragged ex-housemate and winner of the Level Up edition, Phyna to court for allegedly defaming her character.
During the just concluded re-union, Phyna had made some serious allegations against Chichi.
Prominent among some of the allegations was that Chichi abandoned her children in Benin which led to the death of one of them. A claim attempting to justify that Chichi was far older than she claimed.
The BBNaija season 7 winner, through a Snapchat post, also accused Chichi of going through a liposuction surgery for N3.5 million.
She also accused the strip dancer of poisoning her friend in Cyprus before returning to Nigeria.
But Chichi in a lawsuit by her solicitor, described the allegation as untrue, slanderous, and malicious to her brand.
In the lawsuit seen on social media, Chichi is demanding N100 million in compensation, a public apology from Phyna and an order restraining her from making further libellous statements against her which she said would do a lot of damage to her reputation and brand.
