Must read

A Biafran agitator, Simon Ekpa has said that Democracy Day celebration has been stopped from holding in the south east.

June 12 is known nationally as Democracy Day as is expected to always been declared a public holiday.

Reacting to the Democracy Day celebration, Ekpa, who is based in Finland said there was no such celebration in Igboland.

In several pictures he posted on his Twitter handle, streets, roads, and markets were without activities on Monday.

“Ohanaeze doesn’t represent Biafra. They claim to represent Ndigbo that believe in one Nigeria; however, they represent only 1% of the Biafra people. Today, we have defeated them again, as there is no celebration of Nigeria Democracy Day in Biafraland. The Biafra Republic Government has abolished it In Exile. It is what Biafra land looks like today on Nigeria democracy day 12.6.2023”, he wrote.
