The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Governorship candidate for Kogi State, Mr Dino Melaye has referred to the the River State Governor, Nyesom Wike, as a drug and alcoholic induced person.
Melaye was reacting to Wike position against his candidacy during an Arise TV interview.
Recall that Governor Wike had predicted that PDP would lose Kogi State should Melaye emerges the candidate of the party.
Dino, however, went ahead to win the primaries, saying he was more qualified the the APC candidate who has never held any elective position in the past.
Speaking on the matter while appearing on Arise Television program on Wednesday, Dino said Wike was a drug and alcoholic induced person, saying he has no time to talk about such personality.
He alleged that Wike’s comment was triggered by post election trauma.
He said, “Wike is one who is about to be taken off the shelf so I will not bother myself discussing with a man who is about leaving the office and is suffering from post election trauma.
“I want to concentrate seriously on my election and how to rescue the people of Kogi State.
“I do not have time actually for a drug and alcoholic induced individual.”
