Must read

Adegboyega Oyetola, has urged members and followers of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to stay composed and not lose hope following the verdict of the Court of Appeal on the state’s 2022 gubernatorial election. He affirmed his unwavering confidence in God to restore his mandate through the country’s highest court.

In response to the Appeal Court’s decision, which overturned the Election Petition Tribunal’s ruling that dismissed Governor Ademola Adeleke, Oyetola released a statement via his media aide, Ismail Omipidan. He acknowledged that he had faith in the judiciary and stated that they had grounds to appeal to the Supreme Court.

“We have not received the full judgement of the Appeal Court, but based on the information we have received, we believe that we can appeal to the Supreme Court. I have complete faith in the judiciary, and my belief in God’s promise to restore my mandate remains steadfast.

“I am appealing to our party members and supporters to remain calm as we proceed with the next phase,” Oyetola stated.
