Founder of Living Faith Church a.k.a Winners Chapel Worldwide, Bishop O. Oyedepo has declared a days special prayers and fasting for a successful and peaceful general elections in NIgeria.
In a memo signed by Oyedepo to all churches and ministries connected to Winners Chapel, the Bishop admonished Nigerian Christians to observe the scheduled prayers and fasting to avert every plot of the enemies of the country to frustrate credible, free and fair elections.
Announcing the epistle during Sunday Service, the Senior Pastor over Dunamis Church International, Pastor (Dr) Paul Enenche directed his followers and Church members to observe the prayers and fasting as directed by his father in the faith.
Enenche who expressed his personal opinion on the insensitivity of the “two biggest political parties” in the country in the choice of its presidential candidates and flagbearers advised his members and Nigerians to “reject” the parties’ candidates and vote for values and credibility.
He insisted that the actions of the “two parties” undermine the Christian population in Nigeria, equity and fairness, to say the least.
Without mentioning name of any political party or its presidential candidate, Pastor Enenche urged his members and Nigerians to vote for “values” which is found in only one party and its candidate.
“Vote for values. Vote only one party. You know it.”
