The executive committee officers and critical stakeholders of the Abia State chapter of the Nigeria Rescue Movement (NRM) have resolved to enthrone a responsive leadership and effective legislative representations at all stratas of the state come this year’s general elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The stakeholders unanimously threw the party’s structures behind the state leadership of the Action Democratic Party and its house of representatives candidate for ikwuano/umuahia federal constituency seat in Abia State in February 2023 national assembly election in Abia State, Chief Paul Okwuegbulem Meregini.

While also expressing implicit optimism that the house of representatives candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP) for Ikwuano/Umuahia federal constituency seat will emerge victorious at the conclusion of the coming feburary and march general elections by the INEC, Mr Ekeleme encouraged Meregini to continue to carry people across parties along in his campaign activities.
