The President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, may not be returning to senate following a new court declaration on Wednesday.
The Federal High Court sitting in Damaturu, Yobe State has again declared that the Senate president is not the authentic APC candidate.
The court declared Bashir Machina as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for Yobe North Senatorial District.
