Gunnmen attack Anambra Broadcasting Station, injure staff, set building on fire

Suspected gunmen, Monday morning, invaded the premises of Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS), Awada, Onitsha station.

According to report, the gunmen set a building ablaze. Also set on fire were company bus and another vehicle parked in the premises belonging to a staff who had worked overnight.

No life was, however, lost in the attack. It was reported that the staff they met on the premises were manhandled and sustained injuries.

It’s believed that the attack may have been launched by the same gunmen terrorizing different parts of the state.

ABS has been very vocal about its campaign against violence and terrorism.
