He noted that the party chaired by Hon Uluocha Nelcinn in Abia State has been expanding beyond imagination and the influx of new members was a testament to this assertion.
According to the 2023 guber hopeful, “I’m delighted that Abians, especially the youths have come to understand that YPP is people’s oriented, and also the vehicle to navigate the turbulent political terrain that has kept Abia under a political and economic quagmire through leadership incompetence, ineptitude, bungling, and godfatherism”.
Anyaogu reiterated the determination of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) to redeem, salvage and restore the light of Abia state, placing her on an enviable pedestal amongst the league of states within the Nigerian federation.
“I’m also encouraging my fellow Abians to pick up the membership cards of the YPP to ensure that the new Abia Abia I intend to create is possible”, he added.
Recall that the Abia State chairman of the YPP, Hon Chimex Nelcinn Uluocha, had in a statement, assured of a peaceful and smooth congress as all delegates conducted themselves well and expressed enthusiasm to work hard for the party in order to achieve a better Abia.
