Umahi made the assertion while addressing the Forum of Ebonyi Founding Fathers led by Former Governor of Ebonyi State no His Excellence Martin Elechi at new government house, Ochoudo Centenary in Abakaliki the state capital.
The founding father who came to pay a solidarity visit following the High Court Judgement sacking the governor and his deputy on Tuesday.
However, Umahi who further thanked the Founding Fathers for their thoughtfulness assured that his supporters would not allow the provocation prompt them to cause breach of order.
He announced that having appealled the judgement of the Federal High Court in Court of Appeal in Enugu and Abuja, he was sure of victory in the appellate Court.
He further expresses confidence in the judiciary and apologised to Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) for the negative alterance made against them why reacting to news men on the judgement .
