The Nigeria centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 749 new cases of coronavirus in 17 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases across the country to 85,560.
The health agency made the announcement yesterday night while giving update via its official Facebook page.

“Our discharges today include 279 community recoveries in Lagos State and 106 community recoveries in FCT managed in line with guidelines.
