Benue state have recorded 42 fresh coronavirus cases in just one day.
The Nigeria centre for Disease Control, NCDC while giving update on new cases on Friday night, said 42 cases were recorded in the state.
Meanwhile, the NCDC confirmed that the country has recorded 600 fresh cases of the virus bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 35,454.
It also said 772 patients have died of coronavirus related complications while 14,633 patients have been successfully treated and discharged from various isolation centres across the country.
