A farm belonging to the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Chief Olu Falae has been allegedly set ablaze by suspected Fulani Herdsmen, DailyPost reports.
He said “They have again burnt my farm, the Fulani herdsmen. They do that every year. As I speak to you the Akure area commander, my P.A and farm manager have visited the place”.
He said Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has called to confirm the incident and also promised to visit the farm tomorrow.
Falae was kidnapped by herdsmen on the same farm in 2015 but was rescued by the Police.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Femi Joseph said he was yet to be briefed on the incident.
