Nigeria’s Reality TV star and social media influencer, Natacha Akide, well known as Tacha, has revealed that venturing into politics could be a path she might consider.
In a recent interview with BBC Pidgin, Tacha expressed her interest in engaging in political matters, citing her desire to help Nigerians as a motivating factor.
She noted that when people complain alot about something, the best thing they can do is to get involved and contribute their quota to the change they crave for.
She explained, “I feel that if you constantly complain about issues, it makes sense to step in and contribute to decisions that could improve people’s lives. People always say that after God comes politics, and it’s true government policies can significantly impact our lives. So, getting involved is logical.”
Tacha added, “I’m passionate about politics, but I’m not the one making the big decisions yet. For now, I’ll continue leveraging my platform to advocate for good governance and ensure our leaders are held accountable.”
