The Hollywood industry is in the state of mourning following the death of talented actress, Isabelle Tate.
Isabelle Tate’s talent manager, Kim McCray confirmed that the actress passed away on October 19, 2025 aged 23, from Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a rare inherited neurological disorder.
She added that Isabelle Tate passed away peacefully, and her family has requested privacy as they cope with the loss.
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease is a group of inherited conditions that damage the peripheral nerves.
Isabelle Tate was born on August 8, 2002, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Notably, she rose to prominence with her debut role as Julie in the pilot episode of ABC’s “9-1-1: Nashville,” which aired on October 9, 2025.
Isabelle graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business from Middle Tennessee State University, showcasing her dedication to both academics and the arts.
She was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease at age 13, Isabelle courageously battled this rare progressive neuromuscular disorder throughout her life.
Despite the diagnosis , she remained committed to her passions for acting and music, even using a wheelchair in her later years.
Prior to her demise, her resilience and positivity inspired many, and she became an advocate for disability awareness.
