President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, GCON, has congratulated former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, GCFR, on his 91st birthday, celebrating his enduring contributions to national unity and reconciliation.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by him, Akpabio described Gowon’s post-civil war policy of “No Victor, No Vanquished” as a guiding principle for peace and national healing.
