Stalwart of the African Democratic Congress from Abia state, Hon Emeka Bahadur Ndubuisi, has hailed the recognition of the new leadership of the ADC led by Senator David Mark by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

Ndubuisi made the commendation in a statement made available to newsmen on Tuesday.

The party chieftain described the recent development as a victory for constitutional democracy and Nigerians, commending the nation’s electoral commission for upholding internal democracy.

Ndubuisi mocked enemies of the party over their failed attempt to use INEC to destabilize the opposition coalition and to truncate the genuine desires of Nigeria citizens to effect change at all levels of political leadership of the country.

He decried the worsening insecurity and economic hardship bedeviling the country, lamenting that these persisting challenges have continued to thwart the efforts of the country to attain economic greatness.

The former house of representative aspirant insisted that the present administration controlled by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nigeria has failed to demonstrate capacity and political will to nip in the bud myriads of problems threatening the country’s existence

According to him, “Nigeria electorates won’t afford to allow this present government in Nigeria to stay beyond 2027. Because this government, in the last twelve years, has failed to justify the mandate entrusted to them by Nigerian people. This government has failed to act decisively towards ending insecurity, ravaging most parts of the country.

Ndubuisi boasted that ADC has the needed capacity and political will to solve Nigeria’s socio-economic and infrastructural challenges when it assumes the highest leadership seat in the country.

He admonished eligible Nigeria citizens to visit any INEC designated centers and register for permanent voters cards so as to enthrone capable and responsive government in Nigeria come 2027.

While earlier lauding the recent affirmation of the appointment of Senator David Mark and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as the national chairman and secretary of the African Democratic Congress by INEC, Honorable Emeka Bahadur who doubles as the Director-General of Atiku Abubakar Coalition Media Awareness Forum, urged the national leadership of the party to commence nationwide reconciliation and mobilization efforts towards strengthening ADC presence across the federation for the 2027 general elections.
