Prominent Nigerian hiphop star, Omah Lay and his manager, Muyiwa Awoniyi has officially parted ways.
Awoniyi, who made thw shocking announcement in a post via his official X (formerly Twitter) handle on Friday, hinted that they ended their partnership amicably.
He further wished the ‘Reason’ singer success in his future endeavors.
He wrote; “With love and respect, I am no longer managing @Omah_Lay.
“That’s my brother and I wish him all the best in his endeavours for life!”
Report confirmed that Awoniyi is also the manager of Grammy-winning R&B star, Tems.
He had previously managed Nigerian-Canadian singer, Nonso Amadi.
