VeryDarkman mocks Terry Apala after EFCC arrest singer over naira abuse

Must read

Popular activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has responded to the recent arrest of singer Terry Apala by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on charges related to the abuse of the Nigerian naira.

VDM had previously accused Terry Apala, along with other celebrities, of being part of an alleged extortion network involving the EFCC.

In a new development, Terry Apala was arraigned at the Federal High Court in Lagos and subsequently remanded after being charged with stomping on the naira at a party — a violation of Section 21(1) of the Central Bank of Nigeria Act, 2007.

Reacting to the incident on social media, VDM addressed the 48-hour ultimatum Terry Apala had earlier issued, demanding that he take down his video and apologize.

Mocking the singer’s predicament, VDM emphasized that he always secures evidence before making any public allegations.

“Terry Apala gave me 48 hours to apologize for a video I made about the alleged EFCC extortion. He said I lied and demanded an apology.

“Now EFCC don carry am… it’s funny how they think I talk without evidence. See how it ended,” VDM stated.
