Galatasaray set mouthwatering offer to retain Osimhen

Must read

Galatasaray are reportedly preparing an unprecedented bid to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen on a permanent deal, following his impressive form since arriving on loan from Napoli.

The move comes after an earlier transfer to Chelsea failed to materialize, allowing the Turkish champions to snap up the Super Eagles forward temporarily.

Since he arrived in Istanbul, Osimhen has delivered outstanding performances, scoring 28 times in 32 outings and quickly becoming a key figure in Galatasaray’s push for both the Super Lig title and domestic cup glory.

Club executives are now eager to make his stay permanent. According to reports from AS and Cumhuriyet, Galatasaray is ready to offer Napoli a record €70 million while also proposing a three-year contract for Osimhen that includes a €15 million annual net salary, alongside performance-based incentives.

Despite Galatasaray’s ambition, they may face stiff competition. Premier League clubs such as Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea are believed to be monitoring Osimhen’s situation, while interest from Saudi Arabian sides could further complicate the Turkish club’s plans.
