Nigerian-American rapper, Wale has praised afrobeats sensation Davido for his comedic flair, suggesting that the singer has what it takes to thrive as a world-renowned comedian.
The former Maybach Music Group artist made the comment in response to a viral clip from Davido’s recent appearance on the popular U.S. podcast, The Breakfast Club.
In the video, Davido had the show’s hosts—DJ Envy, Charlamagne tha God, and others—bursting into laughter with his witty and humorous replies.
Wale remarked that Davido’s sense of humor is effortless, adding that his natural ability to entertain goes beyond music.
