An Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan, the state capital has vacated order stopping the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) election billed for today.
The CCII election has been billed to take place today, Friday.
The court presided over by Justice Ladiran Akintola vacated the order today Friday.
The incorporated trustees of CCII and Chairman of the electoral, committee, Dr. M. K Lawal filed the motion for vacation of the earlier order stopping election.
It was learnt that the court held that it was misled in granting the earlier order.
The court noted that it was never informed issues had been joined between parties.
Publicity Secretary of CCII, Kola Olomide in his reaction, urge all accredited voters to come out for the election.
