Eid-el-Fitri: Oyo Senator Alli felicitates Muslims, calls for sustained devotion to Allah

The Chairman, Senate Committee on Electoral Matter, Senator Sharafadeen Alli has felicitated with Muslims in Oyo State and Nigerians in general on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitri, marking the successful completion of Ramadan.

Alli who represents Oyo South Senatorial District made this declaration via a statement signed by his Media Aide, Akeem Abas.

The statement was made available to Afripost in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Alli in the statement, described Eid-el-Fitri as a time for gratitude, spiritual renewal and acts of kindness towards one another.

He urged Muslims to sustain the values of piety, patience and self-discipline imbibed during Ramadan.

The lawmaker called on the faithful to use the period to pray for peace, unity, and prosperity in Nigeria, stressing the importance of love, tolerance, and understanding among people of different faiths.

Alli also reaffirmed his commitment to promoting policies that would improve the well-being of his constituents, assuring them of his dedication to quality representation and service delivery.

He wished all Muslims a joyous and peaceful Eid celebration, praying that Allah grants their supplications and bless the nation with continued progress and stability.
