Must read

Popular Nigerian skit maker and actor, Adebowale Adedayo, fondly known as Mr Macaroni, has reiterated his commitment to standing against oppression and bad governance in Nigeria.

He further emphasized that his activism did not begin after he gained fame but has always been an integral part of his beliefs. Mr Macaroni has been vocal about social issues, using his platform to advocate for justice, accountability, and better leadership.

Despite his outspokenness, he urged the public not to judge other celebrities based on his approach. He noted that while he chooses to speak out against injustice, others may contribute to society in different ways.

Mr Macaroni remains dedicated to using his voice and influence to challenge oppression and demand good governance, encouraging citizens to stand up for their rights while respecting individual choices in activism.

On his X handle, Macaroni wrote, “I would never stop speaking up against the oppression of the people and against bad governance.

That is what I have always stood against even before fame. But please do not hold other celebrities to the same standard, especially when the people themselves are not accountable.”
