President Bola Tinubu will address the nation at 7 pm today regarding the ongoing crisis in Rivers State.
The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, made this known in a statement released on Tuesday.
The statement, titled “President Tinubu Broadcasts to the Nation,” confirmed that the address would be aired across major national media platforms.
Onanuga stated that the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) would broadcast the speech live. He also urged all television and radio stations to connect to the transmission.
With tensions rising in Rivers State, many Nigerians anticipate that President Tinubu’s address will provide clarity on the government’s stance and potential measures to resolve the crisis.
