NAF airstrikes decimate ISWAP terrorists, destroy logistics hub in Borno

Must read

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF), as part of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), has successfully conducted an airstrike in Arina, Marte Local Government Area of Borno State, eliminating numerous Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP) militants and demolishing their logistics base.

According to intelligence sources who spoke with Zagazola Makama, the operation took place at approximately 6:00 AM on March 9, 2025.

The strike was carried out following verified human intelligence (HUMINT) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) data, which confirmed unusual movements and a large assembly of terrorists in the area.

The sources indicated that the air raid specifically targeted key ISWAP facilities, including supply structures and personnel, significantly crippling their operational capacity.

“The precision strikes successfully took out several ISWAP fighters and severely disrupted their logistics network.

“This operation further diminishes the group’s ability to carry out attacks against both civilian and military targets,” the source disclosed.
