Popular Nigerian entrepreneur and social media influencer, Laura Ikeji has expressed her support for the arrest of wives of individuals involved in cyber fraud, commonly referred to as Yahoo boys.
The spouse of Ogbonna Kanu in a recent Instagram story stated that the partners of these men should also face arrest when their husbands are apprehended.
She sought the opinions of her followers, highlighting the tendency of women to enjoy the benefits of their partners’ lifestyles while being reluctant to share in the consequences of their actions.
As a mother of three, she emphasized the commitment of marriage, suggesting that women should be prepared to face the repercussions alongside their partners, even humorously advising them to take their luxury handbags to jail.
