Controversial singer, Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, known as Portable, has issued a strong warning to his fans about comparing him to fellow musician Asake.

The singer in an Instagram post urged them to stop these comparisons, claiming he resembles American singer Lil Wayne more.

The music star, who recently posted his bank details online, clarified that he does not owe Empire Records; instead, he has been using money from Sony.

He stated that he is a CEO and that neither Sony nor Empire Records can damage his reputation since he hasn’t taken their money.

In the recording, Portable expressed gratitude to Olamide, Skepta, and Wizkid for their support.

He also mentioned that he continues to earn money from Zazau, the song he worked on with Olamide.

In reference to Skepta, he revealed that their encounter in London transformed his life. Portable noted that Skepta helped him find his path and that he has been earning money from Sony Records due to Skepta’s influence.

The Zeh Nation leader praised Wizkid, saying that the Ojuelegba artist saw him with Olamide and gave him money.

He mentioned that it was Wizkid who helped people start noticing him.

While still working on his video, Portable boasted about his success. He mentioned that he “blew up” last year and continues to do so this year.

He claimed to be the first person in Nigeria and Africa to resemble Lil Wayne.

The Zeh Nation leader referred to himself as a singer with Sony backing, declaring himself an international artist.

It’s worth noting that Skepta praised Portable as well, expressing his admiration for his energy and the memorable moment when he jumped a gate last year.
