The Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has formally presented the 2025 budget proposal to the Rivers State House of Assembly.
The presentation took place earlier today at the Assembly complex in Port Harcourt, during a session presided over by Speaker Honorable Victor Oko Jumbo.
In his address, Governor Fubara highlighted the administration’s key priorities for the upcoming fiscal year, emphasizing plans to focus on vital sectors such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, and security.
These areas, he said, were central to the state’s development agenda, saying it seeks to drive progress and improve the quality of life for its citizens.
