Alhaji Tijjani Jimoh Danjuma has urged members of the public to count him out of the recently held election of National Association of Nigerian Traders (NANTS) in Oyo state.
Danjuma made this declaration via a statement made available to journalists.
Danjuma in the statement, dismissed a report which claimed that he will has been appointment as chairman of NANTS in the state.
He stated that he was not part of any election process.
Danjuma while speaking further said that he is not a member of NANTS.
He expressed concerns about his reputation and potential conflicts with traders in the state.
Our correspondent reports that Danjuma is a renowned entrepreneur and philanthropist who has contributed significantly to the economic growth and development of Oyo State.

He said, “I am not aware of any chairmanship position, nor did I participate in any election,” Alhaji Danjuma said. “I am a respected businessman with a reputation built on integrity, hard work, and transparency. I will not allow my name and reputation to be tarnished.
“I have worked tirelessly to build a business empire that is respected and admired by all,” Alhaji Danjuma said. “I will continue to uphold the values of honesty, fairness, and excellence that have guided my business life.”
Danjuma commended Governor Seyi Makinde for creating a peaceful environment in Oyo State and expressed his support for the governor’s efforts.
“I wish everyone season greetings,” Alhaji Danjuma said. “I will continue to support the traders and the people of Oyo State in any way I can. I am committed to contributing to the growth and development of our dear state.”
