The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has reiterated its call for telecom operators to comply with the submission of operator survey forms, a critical exercise aimed at providing up-to-date statistics on the telecommunications industry.
The requirement is mandated by Sections 64-66 of the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 and the NCC’s enforcement regulations. All telecom licensees are obligated to provide accurate information to the Commission as part of this process.
Submission Process
Operators are required to download the appropriate questionnaires from the NCC’s website and submit the completed forms for their relevant periods of operation. These include:
• 2024 Year-End Questionnaires for Operators
• 2023 Year-End Questionnaires for Operators
• 2022 Quarterly Questionnaires for Operators
• 2021 Year-End Questionnaires for Operators
