Gospel singer, Moses Bliss addresses early exit of former signee Ebuka Songs

Nigerian Gospel artiste and founder of Spotlite Nation, Moses Bliss, has opened up about the departure of former signee Ebuka Songs, who left the label before the end of his contract.

Speaking during a press conference at The Experience 2024 music concert, where both artists performed independently, Bliss revealed that Ebuka exited the label 11 months into a two-year contract.

Despite the early departure, Bliss emphasized that there was no animosity between them.

“Me and Ebuka Songs? There are no issues between us. Of course, he was signed to Spotlite Nation. He just said he wants to do things on his own,” Bliss explained.

He added, “Our contract didn’t end when it was supposed to end. I prayed about it and said, ‘You can go’. We hold no grudge against him. The goal is for Jesus to be seen.”

Bliss further expressed pride in being part of Ebuka’s journey and wished him success in his solo endeavours, reiterating that the mission of Spotlite Nation is to give gospel ministers a platform to serve.
