Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma recently welcomed Defense Minister Mohammed Badaru Abubakar during a courtesy visit to the state.
The visit, which took place on Saturday, November 23, highlights Imo’s ongoing positive collaboration with the Ministry of Defence.

He stated, “Imo State has consistently benefited from a strong and productive relationship with the Ministry of Defense and its agencies, which has greatly aided us in tackling security issues affecting our communities.”
Uzodimma reaffirmed the state’s dedication to this partnership, underlining that the safety and well-being of Imo’s citizens remain the government’s highest priority.
