Dangote Refinery reduces petrol price for marketers

The Dangote Refinery has announced a reduction in the ex-depot price of petrol for oil marketers, dropping from N990 to N970 per litre— 20 Naira price cut.

The announcement, made on Sunday, comes as a gesture of appreciation to Nigerians and the government for their contributions to the refinery’s success.

According to the refinery, the move aligned with its mission to bolster national growth by enhancing local production capacities and easing supply constraints.

The decision is also aimed at making petrol more affordable and accessible across the country.

In addition to the price cut, Dangote Refinery reiterated its commitment to producing high-quality petroleum products that adhere to environmental standards. It also assured stakeholders of plans to ramp up production capacity to meet growing domestic demand.

This price adjustment is expected to provide financial relief to marketers and ensure better fuel availability for consumers nationwide.
