Trump appoints first female Chief of Staff in U.S. history

President-elect Donald Trump has made history by naming Susie Wiles as the first female Chief of Staff in the White House.

Wiles, a seasoned GOP strategist, played a pivotal role as Trump’s campaign manager, earning praise for orchestrating a highly disciplined and effective campaign.

Trump publicly acknowledged Wiles during his victory speech on Wednesday, extending his gratitude for her significant contributions.

He described her as “tough, smart, and innovative,” adding that she is “universally admired and respected.”

“Susie Wiles just helped secure one of the greatest political victories in American history,” Trump remarked.

“She was an integral part of both my successful 2016 and 2020 campaigns. It’s a well-deserved honor to appoint Susie as the first female Chief of Staff in U.S. history. I have complete confidence that she will serve our country with distinction,” he added.
